Each month we’ll be showcasing a new and interesting turtle. This first one was written by Bill Tschumy at Otherwise, but we want you users to start sending us the cool turtles you have written. It doesn’t need to be long or elaborate. It just needs to show something cool you’ve done using Jurtle. Email your turtle submission to jurtle@otherwise.com.

This month’s turtle is called FeedMe. It creates several turtles that wander about the screen eating any food they come in contact with. You get to supply the food.

The code also illustrates how to determine the color of a given pixel on the screen and how to play a sounds from your Turtles. To run FeedMe, download and expand the FeedMe.zip file. Then load the resulting FeedMe directory ifrom withn Jurtle. Select the turtle and hit run.
